“Evacuation of the elderly and others” has also been announced in Nankoku City and Tosashimizu City.

Meanwhile, the Yosakoi Festival Promotion Association has discussed holding the festival and has decided to “implement safety measures and hold the Yosakoi Festival.” As a response, the Promotion Association will thoroughly inform dancers and spectators of evacuation sites and evacuation routes on social media, and will make announcements and post flyers at each competition venue and performance hall.
