Vanessa Mai has been shaping the local music scene for a decade. After taking her fans on a musical journey through her career at a very special show in Stuttgart on May 4, 2024 under the title “Zuhause”, Mai will go on a big “Zuhause bei dir” tour in November.
“I’m looking forward to the new tour”
“Especially after the ‘Forever’ tour, I noticed that the bond between the fans and me is just so strong, and that’s why I’m really looking forward to the new tour.” The concert in the bigBOX Allgäu in Kempten will take place on November 23, 2024.
Fans can expect hits and fan favorites from the last ten years on the “Zuhause bei dir” tour, as well as songs from their new Wolkenfrei album “Hotel Tropicana”. “We will have new music, hits and surprise songs with us, but we will always concentrate on the essentials: Our wish is to enchant people for two or three hours,” says Mai.
Albums storm the charts
Mai can already look back on an impressive career, far removed from all conventions, at just 31 years old. She was on the jury of “Deutschland sucht den Superstar”, acted alongside Axel Prahl in the film “Nur mit dir gemeinsam”, hosts her own talk show “On Mai Way” and, almost as a side job, it seems, constantly releases albums and songs that keep storming the charts.
Vanessa Mai always stays true to herself and simply rewrites the rules when necessary. Over the course of her career, she increasingly fuses pop music with modern dance pop and doesn’t shy away from R’n’B and hip hop. Her collaborations with rappers like Sido, Civo and ART – all of which can be found on her successful 2022 album “Metamorphose” – are the best proof of her unique talent.
Closeness to the fans
But it’s not just the music that inspires fans, but also the closeness that Vanessa Mai lives with her fans, which Vanessa Mai values above all else. The artist wants to express this appreciation with a number of concerts on the “At Home with You” tour. And fans can already look forward to extensive autograph sessions. “Going on tour means a lot to me,” says Mai. “I’m incredibly happy to be one of the artists who gets to experience this.”
