According to the VNA correspondent in Moscow, at the Lao Embassy in Russia, Ambassador Dang Minh Khoi expressed his special affection for the country and people of Laos. On behalf of the staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia, Ambassador Dang Minh Khoi wished Ambassador Vilavanh Yiapoher and his Lao colleagues good health and success in their work in the new year, and together they will work to foster the special friendship between Vietnam and Laos. On this occasion, Ambassador Dang Minh Khoi respectfully invited Lao Ambassador Vilavanh Yiapoher and the staff of the Lao Embassy to visit the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia as well as to strengthen the friendship between the two countries.
