After the hustle and bustle of daily work and life, every Sunday afternoon, club members gather together; exchange and share; come up with ideas for club activities and practice performing arts, especially dancing and singing traditional folk tunes of the nation.

With the solidarity, creativity and enthusiasm of the expatriates, over the years the Club has successfully staged and performed dozens of cultural programs imbued with national colors. In addition, many sessions introducing traditional costumes, traditional musical instruments and culinary culture of the nation, or volunteer activities, joining hands for the community, have also been organized by the Club. These programs not only bring joy and excitement to the members of the Club, but also contribute to preserving and promoting the good cultural features of the nation, which are highly appreciated by the Vietnamese community and German friends.

The achievements over the past 12 years are the result of the efforts of all members of the October Arts Club. To further promote the development of the club, on April 23 in Berlin, the October Arts Club successfully held a Congress, elected a new Executive Committee with 7 members and shaped the club’s upcoming activities. Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang was unanimously elected by the members as the new President of the Club.
