Kochi – V. Satish Kumar has taken charge as the Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation. From October 2021, he will hold the additional charge of Chairman along with the post of Marketing Director.

During his 35 years of service, he has held the positions of Non-Executive Chairman of Indian Oil Petronas Private Limited, a joint venture between Indian Oil and Petronas of Malaysia, and Non-Executive Chairman of Indian Oil Mauritius Limited.
