Ukraine has suffered a major setback amid the war with Russia. Mali has announced to end diplomatic relations with Ukraine. In fact, Mali has accused Kiev officials of being involved in the recent killing of Russian mercenaries and Malian soldiers by rebels. Northern Tuaregs rebels say that they killed about 84 mercenaries and 47 Malian soldiers over three days.

In fact, separatist rebels in northern Mali say they killed Russian Wagner soldiers near the Algerian border between July 25 and 27. However, the rebels did not say how many of their soldiers were killed. Russia has said that it will continue to support the Mali junta.

There are many organizations in Mali against the government and these include Tuareg rebels. Apart from this, Jamaat Nusrat al-Aslam Wal Muslimeen, a group associated with Al-Qaeda in Sahel, is also against the government. Russia has deployed mercenaries to support the Mali government. However, both these organizations together are giving a tough time to the Russian soldiers.

On July 29, the spokesperson of the Ukraine Military Intelligence Agency said that the rebels of Mali have got all the necessary information. Now they will take action against the war criminals of Russia. After this, Mali said that it is very hurt by the statement of the Ukrainian officer. Such a brutal attack has been carried out on its soldiers and allies with the help of Ukraine. This is a challenge to the Mali army. Mali said that it ends all its diplomatic relations with Ukraine with immediate effect.

Mali has also sought an answer from the Ukrainian ambassador for this violence. Mali says that Ukraine has challenged its sovereignty. Apart from this, Ukraine has supported international terrorists. Mali’s army has admitted that it has suffered heavy losses and a large number of soldiers have been killed.
