Lotte Construction will unveil ‘Uijeongbu Lotte Castle Narivek City’ (perspective drawing) in Narivek City, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province this month. It is attracting attention as it is close to the Gyeonggi Provincial Government Northern Office and the Administrative Town (planned), and can also be used by the Uijeongbu Light Rail and the Capital Area Rapid Transit (GTX, planned).
This complex, which will be built on the US military base, will consist of 4 buildings with 4 underground floors and 39 above-ground floors, and 671 households (exclusive area of 84-155㎡). It is characterized by being composed mainly of medium and large-sized units.
Naribek City will be developed as a complex with residential, office, and commercial facilities, parks, and future job theme parks. An administrative town representing the northern part of Gyeonggi Province will be developed nearby. Gyeonggi Provincial Government Northern Office, Gyeonggi Northern Police Agency, Uijeongbu Fire Station, etc. are nearby. Uijeongbu Legal Support Center, National Health Insurance Corporation, and Korea Workers’ Compensation & Welfare Service are also nearby.
The surrounding transportation facilities are also abundant. It is located in the area of Hyoja Station on the Uijeongbu Light Rail, and the GTX-C Line and Seoul Subway Line 7 extension are planned, making it convenient for transfers. National Road No. 3, Hoguk-ro, Sejong-Pocheon Expressway, and the Capital Area 1st Ring Expressway can also be used.
The company explained that they put a lot of effort into product development. The complex will be oriented toward the south and all units will be provided with seasonal storage. Community facilities will include a fitness club, screen golf course, study room, book cafe, and senior club. Residents will also be provided with discounts from Lotte Group affiliates.
