Typhoon No. 10 was almost stationary off the coast of Tokaido on the morning of the 1st. According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, Typhoon No. 10 was almost stationary in the sea off the coast of Tokaido at 9:00 a.m. on the 1st. The central pressure was 1,000 hectopascals, the maximum wind speed was 18 meters, and the maximum instantaneous wind speed was 25 meters. Within 220 km east of the center and within 165 km west of the center, strong winds of 15 meters or more were blowing.

The typhoon is expected to turn into a tropical depression and reach a 75km radius, about 50km east of Owase City, at 9pm on the 1st. The central pressure is expected to be 1002 hectopascals.
