Two Nuremberg outdoor pools are closing for the winter. On the last day of opening, there is a reduced admission price under certain conditions.

The days are getting shorter and the nights cooler. Two outdoor pools will be closed for the winter on Monday, September 9, 2024, as the city of Nuremberg announced in a press release. Before that, however, they should be given a dignified farewell:

On Sunday, September 8, there will be reduced admission to the Naturgartenbad (Schlegelstrasse 20) and the Stadionbad (Hans‑Kalb‑Strasse 42) if booked online.

For adults, admission costs only €3.70 instead of €5.40, and for children and young people €1.80 instead of €2.60. Visitors can choose the after-work rate available for that day in the online ticket shop. The Westbad (Wiesentalstrasse 41) is open until at least Sunday, September 15th.

The current opening hours of all municipal swimming pools can be found on the website of the NürnbergBad municipal company at www.nuernbergbad.de
