Carrying out her activities as an employee in a shop while being a student means that Zahra (19) has to be very clever in dividing her time between focusing on work and studying.

Not infrequently, fatigue creeps in between activities. Therefore, according to Zahra, it is very important for her to have health insurance and protection, especially if she needs it at any time.

To guard against this, Zahra relies on the National Health Insurance Program (JKN) as guarantor of her health costs.

“Sometimes it really makes me dizzy when everything has to be done at the same time. My closest family also warned me to pay attention to my health during such busy activities,” explained Zahra, in a written statement, Wednesday (30/10/2024 ).

“Even though I have tried to maintain my health, there are still times when illness cannot be prevented. God willing, I don’t need to worry if at any time I need health services because my father has ensured that all our family members are registered as BPJS Health participants,” he continued.

Zahra explained that currently she and her family are registered as participants in the JKN Program in the Non-Wage Earning Workers (PBPU) segment or as independent participants. According to Zahra, by becoming a participant in the JKN Program, she and her family have prepared health insurance protection as early as possible.

According to him, currently the service from BPJS Health as the organizer of this program is running well.

“If we look everywhere, the story about BPJS Health is getting better and the stigma from society is getting more positive. That doesn’t mean it wasn’t good before, but the point is that all aspects are increasingly showing significant improvements and improvements in both quality and quantity,” said the student. third semester at one of the universities in Banjarmasin.

“By quantity here I mean the number of service channels that can be accessed by BPJS Health participants, for example the JKN Mobile Application,” he continued.

According to Zahra, she gave a high rating to the JKN Mobile Application because it was able to help her find out various information as a JKN Program participant. For Zahra, it is very important to continue to know whether her and her family’s membership status is active or not.

“Well, I’m sometimes busy working and studying, while independent JKN membership depends on how my family and I routinely pay contributions. So, to find out my membership status and contribution payment history, I always use the JKN Mobile Application,” said Zahra.

“Whether I’m working or studying or wherever and whenever, I can still find out and access information about my membership in BPJS Health,” he continued.

For Zahra, the complete menu in the JKN Mobile Application is very helpful and fulfills her needs as a JKN Program participant. Therefore, he invited other JKN participants to also use this application so as not to miss information related to membership status and other latest information from BPJS Health.

“Basically, as BPJS Health participants, we also have the right and obligation to always update our membership status or other information about services or programs. For example, I often get important information from BPJS Health, such as the autodebit feature for paying contributions every month, as well as information about the existence of “Graduated Payment Plan Program (REHAB) for BPJS Health participants who have outstanding contributions,” said Zahra.

“Apart from that, there is also a lot of other information that is very important for BPJS Health participants like me and my family,” he concluded.
