The Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force’s training ship Kashima, which is on a training voyage around the world, has arrived in London, England.
The Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force’s training ship Kashima, which arrived in London on the 5th, is carrying approximately 330 trainees and other junior officer trainees. Over the course of six months, the ship will visit 11 countries around the world, conducting joint training and friendly exchanges with the navies of each country.

The Ministry of Defense and the Self-Defense Forces are strengthening measures to prevent harassment, and because training voyages involve crew members living together in small spaces, they conduct regular checks to ensure that crew members do not become stressed, and follow up if any action is required.
