Yemen’s pro-Iranian Houthi militias claimed success in attacking a US aircraft carrier in the Red Sea.
The US military denies this.

On the 22nd, the Houthis launched a missile attack on the US aircraft carrier Dwight Eisenhower in the Red Sea, claiming it was successful.

It is unclear when the attack took place or whether any damage was caused to the aircraft carrier.

Meanwhile, US Central Command announced on the 22nd that Yemen’s pro-Iranian Houthi militias had fired three anti-ship ballistic missiles into the Gulf of Aden from territory they controlled in Yemen, but that no injuries or major damage had been reported to US military or commercial ships.

It also called claims of a successful Houthi attack on the US aircraft carrier Dwight Eisenhower “completely false.”
