[June 27, KOREA WAVE]Min Hee-jin, CEO of Korean entertainment agency ADOR, made a surprise appearance at the NewJeans Supernatural POP-UP, which opened at LINE FRIENDS SQUARE SHIBUYA in Shibuya, Tokyo on the 26th. On this day, Min toured the store with Japanese pop artist master Murakami Takashi. Murakami collaborated with NewJeans and Korean digital IP entertainment company IPX to design the single album and official goods to be released in Japan.

NewJeans just released their debut single “Supernatural” in Japan on the 21st. They will be holding a fan meeting “Bunnies Camp 2024 Tokyo Dome” at Tokyo Dome on the 26th and 27th.

CEO Min said, “I am very grateful to the Japanese Bunnies (the name of the New Jeans fandom) for their love of New Jeans.”

He continued, “I’ve been drawing up this blueprint since last year. Since I met Takashi Murakami, things have progressed at a rapid pace.” Min added, “We’ve really worked hard to prepare. I hope we can present it without any problems and that everyone will enjoy it.”

When Min left the building after visiting LINE FRIENDS SQUARE SHIBUYA, Japanese fans gathered around him. They cheered when they saw Min, and he responded to the fans’ welcome by taking photos with them. On this day, fans could be seen everywhere imitating the fashion that Min wore at his first press conference.
