Sierra Leone ∙ The Sierra Leone Malayali Association of West Africa (SILMA) handed over funds to the Wayanad Relief Fund. Adv Sunny Joseph MLA received the funds. The funds were transferred to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

In a ceremony held at Chunkakunn Vyapara Bhavan, Sierra Leone Malayali Association member Bibin Narimatam and Panchayat President Roy Namputakam handed over the check to Sunny Joseph MLA. Jilla Panchayatangam Jubilee Chacko participated.

Established in 2020, the Sierra Leone Malayali Association has 50 members. They collected 3,12000 rupees and transferred it to the relief fund. Sierra Leone Malayali Association President Savin Suhas, Secretary Jobin Narimatam, Vice President Shanal Shaji, Joint Secretary Blessen, Treasurer V. Jojo, other office bearers Shaan Mathews, Biju, Akshay, Athira, Ashna, Bibin, Besbin led the way.
