The final of the Paris Olympics men’s individual all-around gymnastics competition was held on the 31st, and Shinnosuke Oka (Tokushukai) won the gold medal with 86.832 points. This was the fourth consecutive victory for a Japanese athlete, following Kohei Uchimura, who won the 2012 London and 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics, and Daiki Hashimoto (currently Central Sports), who won the gold medal at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. Hashimoto came in sixth.

“I’m glad we were able to achieve our group and individual goals.”
