□ Seoul National University of Science and Technology (President Dong-Hwan Kim, hereinafter referred to as Seoul National University of Science and Technology) will hold the ‘Visit small business owners, get a stamp, and get a tumbler’ event starting on Monday, September 9.
□ This event was organized as part of the ‘2024 Seoul National University of Science and Technology × Gongneung-dong Small Business Symbiosis Project,’ a small business design revitalization event.
□ Seoul National University of Science and Technology is located in Gongneung-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul. This area includes the Hwarangdae Railroad Park and the Gyeongchun Line Forest Trail, which retains the appearance of an old railroad. It is also famous among the MZ generation as Gongtral Park and Gongridan-gil.
□ Seoul National University of Science and Technology has been carrying out the ‘Small Business District Design Development’ project, a local coexistence project, for the fourth year to revitalize the Nowon-gu area.
□ This is a project that helps small business owners design and produce logos, menu boards, signboards, stickers, etc. that are difficult to handle on their own, by matching them with students from the Department of Design at Seoul National University of Science and Technology, so that they can directly reflect them in their stores.
□ This year, we plan to select 6 companies that participated in the 2022-2023 project and hold an event to establish a ‘regional mutual cooperation model’ in which national universities and the entire nation participate together.
□ To participate in the event, visit 6 small business establishments near Seoul National University of Science and Technology, collect a total of 6 different stamps, and then visit the External Cooperation Office located in Room 301 of the Seoul National University of Science and Technology Imagination Building to receive your prize.
◦ You can see the designs of Seoul National University of Science and Technology students reflected in each store, enjoy food and drinks, and then collect all 6 stamps to receive a Stanley tumbler.
◦ Anyone can participate starting from Monday, September 9th, and the event will run until the prepared quantity of products runs out.
