Riot Games will be collaborating with Shinsegae Department Store starting on the 1st of next month to celebrate the release of Season 2 of Netflix’s exclusive animation series . Riot Games is a League of Legends (LoL) game developer, and Arcane is an animation series created using the LoL IP. Arcane Season 1, released in 2021, set a record of taking first place in the top 10 charts in 52 countries in just one week. Arcane Season 2 will be released on Netflix with a total of 3 acts on Saturday, November 9th, Saturday, 16th, and Saturday, 23rd in Korea.

Ahead of the release of Arcane Season 2 on the 9th of next month, Riot plans to provide various events and contents related to Arcane Season 2, such as special experience spaces and visual art, through collaboration with Shinsegae Department Store. First, starting November 1, Arcane Season 2 visual art will be presented at Shinsegae Square, located in the main branch of Shinsegae Department Store. Shinsegae Square has been releasing media facades with different themes every year, and Riot Games is planning to open a game IP store here for the first time and screen exclusive Korean content.

Additionally, an Arcane Season 2 pop-up space will be set up in Central City, Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam branch. At the open stage on the first floor, you can enjoy Arcane Season 2 in-game content, ▲photo zone ▲brand collaboration goods ▲limited edition desserts from creator ‘Ari Kitchen’, etc. The pop-up space will operate from November 8th to 17th. Some spaces, such as the ‘Riot Store’, can be used until the 19th.

On November 9th, the first release date of Arcane Season 2, about 500 people will be invited for a group viewing. Five theaters in Megabox Central will be transformed into exclusive spaces for viewing parties. If you participate in the event and visit the pop-up space, you will also receive a special gift. Participation in the event is possible through Riot Games social media or the Shinsegae application.
