□ The Private School Teachers’ Pension Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Private School Teachers’ Pension, Chairman Song Ha-joong) announced that on September 3, it conducted a ‘Clean Street Campaign’ in cooperation with three organizations, including Naju City Hall, KEPCO KDN, and Korea Power Exchange, at the intersection in front of the Private School Teachers’ Pension Naju headquarters.
□ On this day, around 70 people, including Chairman Song Ha-joong, Naju Mayor Yoon Byeong-tae, KEPCO KDN President Kim Jang-hyun, and Korea Power Exchange Chairman Jeong Dong-hee, participated in the campaign, which distributed promotional materials on corruption and public interest reporting to executives and employees of each organization and local residents, and intensively promoted the importance of reporting and the system for protecting and supporting reporters.
□ Chairman Song Ha-joong said, “It was a meaningful event in which representatives of each level of organization directly participated to emphasize the practice of integrity, which is becoming increasingly important.” He added, “We have informed the staff of the innovation city organizations and local residents of our firm will to practice transparent management. We will continue to do our best to prevent corruption through honest business practices and become a trustworthy private school pension.”
□ Meanwhile, the Private School Pension, together with 27 member organizations of the ‘Bitgaram Integrity Practice Network’, an integrity cluster in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions, is holding the 10th Bitgaram Integrity Culture Festival from September 2 to 13, and is carrying out various events for local residents.
