Chicago – St. Mary’s Canaan Catholic Church in Chicago celebrated its 14th anniversary in conjunction with Grandparents Day. Kanaya Region Director Fr. Thomas Mulavanal officiated. Vicar Fr. In Siju’s presence, Fr. Jithin Vallarkattil were co-workers.

After the Holy Mass, newly joined families and grandparents were honored in the parish. Those celebrating their wedding anniversaries this year were welcomed by Canaan Region Director Fr. Honored with gold by Thomas Mulavan. Vicar Fr. Along with Siju Muktakotil, Sister Silverius, handmaids Sabu Kattappuram, Binu Poothurail, Lukas Poozhikunnel, George Mattathiparampil and Nibin Vettikkatil led the parish day celebrations.
