An exhibition of North Korean products was held in Vladivostok, Russia’s Far East.
At the trade fair that began in Vladivostok on the 26th, North Korean companies set up around 60 booths selling food, clothing, paintings and other items.
At the opening ceremony, Primorsky Krai Governor Kozhemyako emphasized that President Putin’s visit to North Korea last week “has opened up broad prospects for cooperation between the two countries,” and expressed his enthusiasm for further development of the relationship.
Tourist trips to North Korea from Vladivostok have been taking place this year, and a train tour is planned for next month.
