The Japanese men’s basketball team played against Australia, ranked 5th in the world, in an international training match. Yuki Togashi, a native of Shibata City, Niigata Prefecture, also participated.
Japan lost to the higher ranked Australia by just one point on the 22nd, and came to the match on the 23rd hoping for revenge.
Yuki Togashi, a native of Shibata City, entered the game in the middle of the first quarter. Togashi, who scored 16 points in the game on the 22nd, showed his scoring ability in this game as well.
