•After the Ukrainian army completely withdraws from the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, Russia will immediately declare a ceasefire and start negotiations;

•The Ukrainian government announced that it would abandon its plan to join NATO;

• Russia’s principled position on Ukraine remains unchanged, namely Ukraine’s neutrality, non-alignment, non-nuclear status, as well as demilitarization and de-Nazification;

• As part of a peaceful settlement of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the West must lift all sanctions against Russia;

•Russia is aware of its responsibility for world stability and is willing to engage in dialogue with all countries, but this should not be a superficial dialogue.
