Lakeside Software, the leading IT data intelligence company, was rated and recognized as a “Leader” in “The Forrester Wave™ – End User Experience Management, Q3 2024.” The report analyzed eight vendors, with Lakeside named “Partner of Choice for many leading managed service providers.” The report also recognizes Lakeside’s growing ecosystem, which includes partners beyond IT.
The report evaluated the top end-user experience management (EUEM) solution providers on 34 criteria – including Lakeside’s SysTrack. The company received the highest possible score on nine of the “Current Offering” criteria:
