The Taichung City New Community Jiuzhuang Ma Cultural Association stated that Xinshe is a key development area for Hakka culture in Taichung City and carries rich history and culture. “Jiuzhuang Ma Guo Luo Jing” is a representative of the Hakka settlement belief in the new community. It is the most important religious belief in the Hakka village in Xinshe and symbolizes the local residents’ deep feelings for traditional beliefs and culture.
