“We will create a high-quality complex befitting the status of Brain City and create a residential space that residents can feel proud of.”

Jeon Jae-sik, CEO of Hanshin Public Works (photo), expressed his thoughts on winning the apartment category at the ‘2024 Second Half Hankyung Housing Culture Awards’. CEO Jeon emphasized that the biggest feature of ‘Pyeongtaek Brain City Hanshin The Hue’ is that it is located in a brain city that has a high potential to become a representative self-sufficient city in the metropolitan area.

Brain City is expected to receive major positive developments, including Samsung Electronics’ Pyeongtaek Campus, the world’s largest semiconductor production line, Ajou University Pyeongtaek Hospital, and KAIST Pyeongtaek Campus. CEO Jeon explained, “Considering the regional characteristics of Pyeongtaek Brain City Hanshin The Hue, where many high-income professionals such as doctors, professors, and researchers can reside, we implemented a high-quality residential space from the exterior to the interior of the living space.”

Hanshin Engineering & Construction is taking the lead in establishing an eco-friendly construction culture by recycling construction waste materials, operating fugitive dust, noise and vibration reduction measures, and installing water pollution prevention nets to achieve carbon neutrality not only in the housing business but also at each business site.

CEO Jeon said, “Receiving the Hankyung Housing Culture Award reaffirmed the competitiveness of the ‘Hanshin The Hue’ brand, which has been recognized for its value by supplying apartments across the country.”
