In many cases, Amazon first refers to the respective product with the condition “Used: Acceptable”. But you can also choose a better quality. On the product page you will find all the offers of the Amazon Warehouse Deals according to a Click on “New & Used” bottom right below “Other sellers on Amazon”. Please note that there are different product conditions (see below), which therefore also vary in price. You will no longer see the condition in the shopping cart or at checkout.

And this is how you can find your desired products at a special price

How is the condition of a product assessed?

The products in Amazon returns are subjected to a quality check before being sold. The functionality and condition of each item is thoroughly tested. The product is then given a specific rating. Amazon also looks for any missing accessories and packaging damage. Based on the quality check, each item is assigned one of the four ratings.

“Used – Like New”: An item in perfect condition; the packaging may be damaged. The item is fully functional and all functional accessories are complete.

“Used – Very Good”: An item in very good condition that may have been used slightly and is fully functional. The item may have minor cosmetic imperfections. The item may arrive with damaged packaging or may have been repackaged, and non-functional accessories may be missing. Missing accessories will be noted in the item condition.

“Used – Good”: An item in good condition that may show moderate signs of use and is fully functional. The item may arrive with damaged packaging or may have been repackaged. It may have minor cosmetic damage, such as a small scratch. It may be missing relevant accessories that may need to be purchased separately before using the item. Missing accessories will be mentioned in the item condition.

“Used – Acceptable”: An item may show obvious signs of use, but still performs its primary function. The item may arrive with damaged packaging or may have been repackaged. It may have cosmetic imperfections or other signs of previous use. Signs of use may include scratches, dents, and worn corners or edges. It may be missing relevant accessories, components, or replacement parts that may need to be purchased separately before using the item. Missing parts will be noted in the item condition.
