Hyundai Card announced on the 2nd that it has launched ‘Travel Desk’, an overseas travel concierge service.
Hyundai Card plans to provide a travel desk service to premium card members, which was introduced on the 25th.
Through the travel desk, members can receive various travel-related consultation and reservation services, from flight reservations to hotel recommendations and local transportation reservations. Top card members are also provided with customized support services from experts for emergency situations such as medical care and accidents that occur while traveling abroad.
The Travel Desk proposes and provides consultation on a travel plan optimized to suit the member’s needs on everything related to travel, including the location, schedule, and size of the trip the member wants to go to.
Through consultation, we provide international airline tickets and information on 4-5 star hotels and resorts according to the schedule and conditions desired by the member, make necessary reservations and cancellations on our behalf, and also make reservations for pick-up and drop-off services between the airport and the hotel.
We also provide services for various means of transportation available locally.
Considering rental car insurance and vehicle pickup points that vary by country, we find a vehicle optimized for the member’s travel route and help with reservations. If the vehicle breaks down while driving, we contact the company and provide prompt follow-up action.
We also provide customized support services from experts for emergency situations to members of top cards such as ▲the Purple ▲the Red Stripe ▲American Express The Platinum Card ▲Korean Air Card the First ▲Mirae Asset Hyundai Card Diamond.
You can receive professional support services 24 hours a day in case of unexpected medical emergencies, loss/theft, or accidents that may occur while traveling abroad, and interpretation services for over 100 languages around the world are also provided.
Through the travel desk, you can guide and make reservations for local medical institutions, as well as reserve medical escort services. If emergency surgery is required, we will immediately connect you with air and ground medical transportation services for emergency transport to Korea or to a suitable local hospital.
To use the Travel Desk, go to the Travel Desk menu in the Hyundai Card app. In addition to phone consultation, a KakaoTalk channel has been added to help members use it more conveniently.
A Hyundai Card official said, “We launched Travel Desk to resolve the inconvenience caused by unconfirmed overseas travel information and to improve the travel experience of premium members by providing verified and reliable information through professional personnel.”
