The fiber in them keeps the stomach full which reduces the frequency of overeating and also keeps the calories pushed in the body in check.”
Resistant starch found in green bananas is a type of carbohydrate that acts as a prebiotic that supports the growth of good bacteria in the gut. Green bananas also increase the production of short-chain fatty acids that improve gut health.
