Houston – Seniors Day Care started at St. Mary’s Canaan Catholic Church. On September 18, following the morning Holy Mass, Vicar Fr. Abraham Mutholath inaugurated this innovative initiative of the parish. Pray for the good life of the future generation and work as much as possible. Mutholat said in his message. Fr.Mutholath said that the Seniors’ Day Care, which has been successfully started in Canaan Region, is a great start.

Assistant Vicar Fr. Joshi Valiavitil said that the encouragement of the elderly will be very beneficial for the growth of a society.

It was a good experience to eat the lunch cooked together by everyone. We parted happily hoping to see each other every Wednesday. Parish Seniors Coordinator Sister Reggie SJC, committee members, BB Thekanath presided.
