The draw for the Shizuoka Summer High School Baseball Tournament, which will determine the teams that will advance to Koshien, was held in Yaizu City on June 22nd.

108 schools are taking part in this tournament, which is expected to be a close contest, and Hamamatsu Kaiseikan, which is aiming for a consecutive victory, will face the winner of the match between Tokoha University Kikugawa and Shizuoka Gakuen.

In addition, Kato Gakuen, which won the spring prefectural tournament for two consecutive years, will face the winner of the match between Hamamatsu Kita and Nirayama, while Shizuoka, the runner-up in the spring prefectural tournament, will face the winner of the match between Izu Ito and Hamamatsu Nishi.

Meanwhile, the important task of taking the player’s oath will be taken on by Shimizu Sakuragaoka captain Sogo Ogasawara.
