The 23 ecological partners that signed the contract on the spot included multiple entities such as universities, scientific research institutions, high-quality enterprises, expert think tanks, etc. in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, providing computing power leasing, international arbitration, intellectual property, data trading, venture capital, human resources and other services, further promoting the efficient matching of demand and supply in the Hetao science and technology innovation ecosystem, and providing full-chain and full-cycle “one-stop” comprehensive services for the scientific research institutions, helping enterprises and institutions to reduce costs, increase efficiency, innovate and develop, and promote scientific and technological achievements to “take root, blossom and bear fruit.”
Liu Liping, founder and chairman of the board of Shenzhen Junshengtai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a company representative who signed the contract to move in, said that after the opening of the Hetao Science and Technology Innovation Center, the cooperation between the companies settled in it and Hong Kong universities and research institutions will be closer: “We will take the Hetao Science and Technology Innovation Center as a starting point, and take advantage of the locational advantages of the Hetao Cooperation Zone, which is ‘one zone and two parks’ and spans across Shenzhen and Hong Kong, to explore the overseas strategy of enterprises and open up the global market.”
It is reported that the Hetao Science and Technology Innovation Center is the first newly built high-quality scientific research space in the Hetao Shenzhen Park, with a total construction area of about 210,000 square meters. It will be built into a high-end scientific research complex integrating high-end laboratories, scientific research offices, supporting services, etc. The project has eight rooftop gardens with different themes scattered along one side of the Shenzhen River, creating a “rooftop scientist paradise” for researchers to collide with scientific and creative thinking and relax comfortably after their high-intensity work.
