(Motorsport-Total.com/Motor1) – Despite the first pictures, the Fiat Grande Panda has not yet been completely unveiled. But the manufacturer is taking on this task itself by driving uncamouflaged vehicles through Italy. The small car will not be officially presented with all the details, including the interior, until July 11, 2024.

But now a very special Fiat Grand Panda photographed by our reader Alberto Boraso, who sent us the pictures that you can see in the photo gallery.
It is a prototype that stands out for its red paintwork and belongs to the RED series, Fiat models united by a partnership with RED, an organization dedicated to fighting global health problems and which receives a donation for each model sold. At the same time, red is also the free color on models such as the Fiat 600.
In addition to the new color, which better highlights the angular shapes of the body, the Fiat Grande Panda pictured below has white steel rims, which are part of the basic version.
Their design is deliberately retro, based on the Original Panda of the 1980swith cross-shaped hubcaps and Fiat lettering in the middle. Another detail that shows that this is the entry-level variant is the lack of roof rails.
What remains are the black plastic covers on the wheel arches, the “Panda” lettering in bas-relief on the doors and the front section with LED lighting made of rectangular elements.

This is also the electric Fiat Grande Panda, powered by the 113 hp powertrain used in the Citroën C3, with which it shares the Stellantis Smart Car platform. There will also be a mild hybrid version, which will probably appear at a later date. However, as with the C3, the base unit is likely to be a manual 100 hp petrol engine be.
The photos also give us a glimpse – albeit partial and from a distance – of the Fiat Grande Panda’s interior, which is characterized by two monitors – for instruments and infotainment – in a single element. There is also the iconic passenger bag, another nod to the original Panda.
