After the successful launch of Fallout: London, the next ambitious fan project is already in the starting blocks. Fallout: Vault 13 breathes new life into the original game and you can now try it out in a demo.

Fallout: Fan Remake releases demo

Since 2021, fans have been working on an exciting remake of the post-apocalyptic RPG classic Fallout – more than 25 years after the release of the original It gets a new look in the Fallout 4 engine.

In contrast to the classic, the remake will not be in the isometric RPG format, but Third-person or first-person shooter perspective However, all locations, quests and NPCs from the original will be on board.

Fallout 2 also gets an unofficial remake

Fallout: Vault 13 is by far not the only sensational fan project within the popular RPG series. The long-awaited game Fallout: London was released at the end of July 2024 and offers you the chance to experience the post-apocalypse in the UK.

If you prefer to stick to the classics, you can also look forward to a cracker, because a remake of Fallout 2 is currently in development under the code name Project Arroyo.

After the extremely positive reactions to Fallout: London Expectations for the remakes of Fallout and Fallout 2 have naturally risen again. It remains to be seen whether the two projects will fulfill expectations. Neither of them currently has a fixed release date.
