To make traveling in Enshrouded easier, you should craft the glider as soon as possible. We’ll show you here how this works and how you can get the improved glider.

How you can make the glider

With the glider you can float in the air for a long time. At least until gravity does the rest or you run out of stamina. You need yours for every glide stamina bar, so make sure it is always charged.

Use the glider to jump off cliffs and cover great distances. You can do it with the glider too avert any fallby opening it briefly.

As soon as you have placed the workbench on your building site, you can build the glider. To make it you need:

• eight pieces of miasma wood
• two pieces of animal fur
• two pieces of yarn
• two pieces of miasma spores

These are materials that you can easily get while playing – we will show you the locations of important materials in the linked guide. You get the Miasma Spores from Miasma opponents. You can loot the animal fur from dead animals such as ibexes or rabbits.

For the miasma wood you simply have to a tree in miasma cut down. You can only make the yarn manually. All you need is plant fibers, which you can find in bushes all over the meadows.

Don’t forget to equip the glider in the character menu after crafting it.

Craft an improved glider in Enshrouded

After a few missions for the five survivors you have to Hand spindle for the huntress find in the main mission. Once this is in your storage, you can use flax to make linen.

Flax are blue flowers. You can find flax in the forests and meadows of Kelvinsruhe, Thornhold or at the Evergreen Farm. For two flax flowers you get one piece of linen. This is what you get with the first linen production Recipe for the Improved Glider.

It’s best to plant the flowers in raised beds so that you have enough in stock. You need the following materials for a better glider:

• eight pieces of miasma sack
• six pieces of miasma wood
• four pieces of yarn
• four pieces of linen

With the improved glider you have one Range of 150 percent and it is far faster than the normal glider. Therefore you should definitely make it. The miasma sack sounds a bit strange, but it is a completely normal material.

You can find them in the areas of the Dire Thicket and in the other upper villages in the Miasma blue flowers. They are similar to the fire flowers in the forests. The miasma flowers shoot at you and always leave a piece of miasma sack after death.

Once you have all the materials together, you can craft the improved glider. In contrast to the grappling hook, you don’t need the normal glider as a base.

Craft an exceptional glider in Enshrouded

You only unlock the recipe for the extraordinary glider at the tannery station. For this you already have to Flame Level Four and the Wasteland have achieved. Once you have made a piece of leather at the tannery, you can make the glider at the carpenter. You will need the following materials:

• four pieces of miasma wood
• two pieces of leather
• two pieces of linen
• four pieces of alchemical raw material

For the leather you need the ammonia gland, salt and dried fur. You can farm the ammonia gland from the red mushroom opponents in the Miasma of the Wasteland. They walk around everywhere and are therefore difficult to miss.

For the alchemical raw material, however, you need the alchemy station. You can also find these in the wasteland during the main mission.
