Crime News: A shocking incident has taken place where two unknown persons entered the house and opened fire on a person who had recently returned from America. The attack took place in Amritsar on Saturday. The name of the attacked person is Sukhchain Singh. He was injured in this attack and has been admitted to the hospital. Importantly, this incident of firing has also been captured in the CCTV camera.
According to a report by India Today, Sukhchain Singh was living in America for the past few years. About 20 days ago, he returned to India from America to visit his family. When they were sitting in their house around Saturday morning, two unknown youths entered their house. He told Sukhchain Singh that he had come to inquire about the car which Sukhchain Singh had recently bought.

Sukhchain Singh trusted him and took him in his house. However, as soon as they entered the house, they suddenly started firing at Sukhchain Singh. Sukhchain Singh was shot in the face and hand in this attack. This time, the assailants’ gun jammed and they ran away from the house. After that, Sukhchain Singh’s family immediately admitted him to the hospital. His condition is reported to be stable now.
Meanwhile, after this incident, Sukhchain Singh’s family has lodged a complaint with the Amritsar Police and demanded strict action against the accused. Also, his mother has alleged that the attack was carried out by the relatives of Sukhchain Singh’s first wife. After this complaint of the family, the police have registered a case against the unknown accused and they said that they are investigating the matter.
After this incident, Punjab government minister Kuldeep Dahiwal has responded that the incident was caused by a personal dispute. The incident that has happened in Amritsar is very shocking. We are thoroughly investigating the incident. The preliminary information is that this incident took place due to a personal dispute. He said that a case has also been registered in this matter and the investigation is on. He also appealed that if there are any personal disputes of non-resident Indians, they should resolve them through discussion.

Meanwhile, after this incident, political reactions have started to emerge. Shiromani Akali Dal leader Sukhbir Singh Badal has criticized the Punjab government over this. He said that Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann should take moral responsibility and resign.
