He added, “Under the guidance of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, China-Russia relations are maintaining a healthy development trend, which has made their respective contributions to safeguarding the purpose and principles of the United Nations Charter.”
Deputy Minister Rudenko said, “Russia-China relations are developing rapidly and are at the best period in history.” He added, “Russia will work with China to seriously implement the plans of the two leaders, maintain close high-level exchanges, and continue to cooperate on international and regional affairs.” “I intend to maintain it,” he said.
Previously, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Vice Minister Rudenko met with Deputy Foreign Minister Liu Bin in Beijing on the 18th, indicating that his visit to China lasted several days.
