Cheonggwang Construction announced on the 2nd that it is recruiting a sharing company for the brand to be used at ‘Cheonggwang Resort Jeju Goldenwood’, a tourist resort located in Jungmun, Seogwipo, Jeju.

Collaboration is possible for brands that can fit with the resort, regardless of industry, such as hotels, resorts, golf, clothing, furniture, daily necessities, food and beverage, and design. Applications are free-form, and you can apply by specifying the brand name to be shared and sharing conditions. If brand sharing is confirmed, royalties will be provided, and if an operating company is proposed together, some benefits such as priority negotiation rights will be provided. The application period is until 5 p.m. on September 20.

‘Cheonggwang Resort Jeju Goldenwood’ is a project to be built in Saekdal-dong, Seogwipo-si, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, on a land area of approximately 13,557㎡, a total floor area of 15,482.82㎡, 2 floors underground to 4 floors, 2 buildings, 161 guest rooms, a swimming pool, seminar rooms, a fitness center, and various auxiliary facilities. Currently, the natural green area has been completed with the structural work, and the overall construction rate is approximately 59%. If the collaborative brand is confirmed through this recruitment, it is scheduled to open under that brand name at the end of 2025.

‘Cheonggwang Resort Jeju Goldenwood’ is built right above Seogwipo Jungmun Tourist Complex. It is less than 3 minutes away by car from Jungmun Tourist Complex, and can also be reached on foot. You can use various tourist facilities such as theme parks, museums, and botanical gardens in Jungmun Tourist Complex, as well as Jungmun Saekdal Beach, Mythology and History Park, and golf courses nearby. Jeju English Education City is nearby, and various benefits are expected from the development of Jeju 2nd Airport (planned) in Seogwipo City in the future.
