Bristol ∙ Bristol Keralites Association organized Onaghosh. Onam celebration started with Onam food prepared by Mattancherry Kitchen. Then there was a fierce tug-of-war. ‘Anjooran and Makalum’ won the comedy drag contest. Then there were performances by Briska member associations, Briska School of Dance, children, community groups and other members of Briska. The dance choreographed by Lil Cherian also got special attention in the event.

President Sajan Sebastian, Secretary Dennis Sebastian, former Thiruvananthapuram Collector Jeromick George and other officials inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. Thiruvathira game, Welcome Maveli, children’s entertainment, opening dance by Sneh Ayalkootm, stage show of Arafat team. Sudheer Paravoor, famous for his parody songs, also performed on the stage.

Jermock George distributed the prizes to the students who achieved the highest results in the GCSE A Level examinations. Briska registered as a charitable organization. Briska Cultural Secretary Mini Skaria thanked everyone.
