Shimane has announced the departure of Perrin Buford, who was the top scorer and named to the Best Five for two consecutive years, and expectations are high for the addition of a new scorer.

Coty Clark is a 31-year-old American power forward who is 201 cm tall and weighs 121 kg.
He played for the Nagoya Diamond Dolphins in the 2021-23 season and for the San-en NeoPhoenix in the 2023-24 season, contributing to San-en’s Central Division championship.
His individual stats are averaging 16.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 4.8 assists per game, with a 3-point shooting success rate of 35.9%, so he is expected to perform well in all areas.
