According to senior government officials, the 4G system developed by C-DOT is working well in Punjab. It was launched in July last year. It takes 12 months to check whether this complex system is working successfully. However, C-DOT’s system was found to be functioning smoothly within 10 months. Hence, BSNL will soon launch self-sustaining 4G technology across the country, he said.
