Doha ∙ Indian Pharmacists Association organized a badminton tournament as part of IPAC Sports Fiesta under the auspices of Qatar Committee. ICBBF Advisory Board Chairman SAM Basheer inaugurated the Doubles Badminton Tournament in which 16 teams selected from four groups participated. The Sattar-Akhil Surendran team won the first place in the competition. Shanawaz Bedira and Shanawaz Kozhikal team won the runner-up position, Shakheel and Jamal team won the third place.

In the women’s singles category, Khairunnissa won the first place, while Mubashira Majeed became the runner-up, and Ansifah Asaynar won the third place. Jamshad, Shajeer, Ashraf etc. gave trophies to the winners.
