According to the report of the local newspaper “De Savon et Loire”, a picture of a 56-year-old man was captured on the security cameras of a bar, stealing four bottles of wine from the bar.
This man is shown to be an employee of the same brewery. The owner of the bar has lodged a complaint with the police.
According to the newspaper, after searching the house of this man and his mother, the police found about 7,000 bottles of wine that were stolen from different wineries.
The police said that the arrested person has stolen this wine while working in different wineries in the last 15 years.
It also includes wines that cost more than 1,000 euros per bottle.
The prosecutors of the case said that they did not find any signs that the man had sold any bottles of stolen liquor.
The arrested accused has been released on bail until the day of the trial.
