These are the projects: Langs Village office and low-rise housing area (No. 82 Chua Lang Street, Lang Thuong Ward, Dong Da District) invested by Post Office Investment and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company with 11 low-rise apartments; Tay Nam Me Tri housing group (Phu Do Ward, Nam Tu Liem District), invested by the Joint Venture of DAC Hanoi Housing Development and Construction Joint Stock Company, Hanoi Housing Development and Trading Joint Stock Company with 65 low-rise apartments; CT-05, CT-06 social housing project of Thanh Lam – Dai Thinh 2 New Urban Area (Thanh Lam – Dai Thinh 2 Commune, Me Linh District) with 214 apartments invested by Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation (HUD); Van Xuan commercial housing area (Lot D2-BT1, Bac Co Nhue – Chem new urban area, Xuan Dinh ward, Bac Tu Liem district) has the investor being Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 4 – Van Xuan, including 37 low-rise apartments.
Along with that are L39M.1 and L39.1 Apartments in lot F4-CH02 of Tay Mo – Dai Mo – Vinhomes Park New Urban Area Project, Tay Mo Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, invested by TCO Real Estate Consulting and Trading Joint Stock Company with 1,332 apartments; Green Street Commercial Townhouses (Co Bi Commune, Gia Lam District) invested by Petrolimex Construction Group Joint Stock Company, including 134 low-rise apartments; High-rise housing combined with commercial services and low-rise housing Sunshine Crystal River (lot CT01 of Nam Thang Long Urban Area Phase III, Phu Thuong Ward, Tay Ho District), invested by Wonderland Real Estate Joint Stock Company with 955 high-rise apartments and 60 low-rise apartments.
Next is the low-rise housing area in lot LKV-21; LKV-22A; LKV-22B of the HUD – Son Tay Urban Area Project (Trung Hung and Quang Trung wards, Son Loc, Son Tay town) owned by investor HUD with 84 low-rise apartments. Notably, the largest supply is the Z35.1, Z35M.2, Z35M.1, Z34M.1, U35.1 apartments of the Tay Mo – Dai Mo – Vinhomes Park New Urban Area project owned by investor Anh Sao Trading and Business Development Company Limited, providing 2,374 high-rise apartments and 35 commercial service apartments.
Recently, the Hanoi People’s Committee also approved the list of housing and urban area projects under the 2021 – 2025 Development Plan (phase 3). Accordingly, the city will have 6 more social housing projects with a total area of nearly 13 hectares in the districts of Ba Dinh, Long Bien, Thanh Tri, and Thach That. These projects are expected to provide more than 8,300 apartments, equivalent to about 655,000 m2 of floor space, with a total investment of nearly 6,000 billion VND. Currently, the projects have basically completed site clearance and are expected to be completed in the period of 2026 – 2029.
Along with announcing the list of social housing, the Hanoi People’s Committee also updated 10 housing projects under implementation, expected to be completed next year with more than 1,000 units. It is expected that after 2025, Hanoi will have 26 projects completed with nearly 9,900 units. In addition, there are 36 projects (about 49,000 units) undergoing investment procedures in Gia Lam, Hoai Duc, Dong Anh, Thanh Tri, Dan Phuong and Thuong Tin districts.
